Human Rights Tribunals

Federally and within each province exist human rights tribunals, designed from the ground up to address human rights complaints of discrimination and more, according to legislated human rights codes. The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal hears cases referred to it from the Canadian Human Rights Commission, and decides whether a person(s) or organization(s) has engaged in a discriminatory practice.  The Tribunal upholds the Canadian Human Rights Act, which says that all Canadian individuals have the right to equality, equal opportunity, fair treatment, and an environment free of discrimination.

Let us put our minds together and see what life we can make for our children.
